Hey everybody! What a great time of year it is for us celebrating the Resurrection of Jesus Christ! In my last blog we had finished giving the examples of people that were baptized in the Holy Spirit and then began to speak in tongues in the book of Acts. Here we are again and picking up on where we were last time. I have had some incredible feedback from people reading the blogs and I want to thank everyone for taking the time to read these. When we left off Jesus was telling us the reason why His followers needed to wait in Jerusalem. He wanted them to receive the Promise of the Father which we found out to be the Holy Spirit who would bring power. Inner Man Vision

Here we are entering the last week of our church wide fast and I am so amazed to already be seeing tremendous results. The testimonies of different people saying what God has done and is doing are awesome to hear. It is so encouraging to hear about how people are experiencing changes in their life physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Hey bloggers! I was doing some studying on fasting and what God intends for a fast to produce in us besides weight loss that is. Ha! Seriously though, I found in Isaiah 58:6 what His plan was for a fast. In Pursuit of His Glory

Wow, I just got back from India and God never ceases to amaze me at what He wants to do in our lives. As I continue to get to know my Father better I am finding out how much different He is than many things that I was taught for most of my life. He is definitely not religious nor is He a ritual. He never wants us to “feel obligated” to do something because that would go against love and relationship. Fasting 4 Our Breakthrough

Well, here we are and the CBC twenty-one day time of fasting has begun. You may be like me and already experiencing hunger pains or having headaches from the withdrawal of foods or beverages that you are used to eating. I have come to know through my own experiences as well as others that there is something in Christianity called “revelation”. This is when something that has always been there becomes “revealed” to a person in a special personal way. Whatever is revealed may be common knowledge to some and not known at all by others. Wow, I am just amazed at the endless possibilities in God. As I continue to pursue the inner man growth in my life I am further challenged to go beyond what I have always known. I have been raised in church for most of my life and so I have picked up quite a few things over that time. I continue to be amazed at the things the LORD is desiring for His children to grow into. I sense that religion has put such a lid on mankind that God never intended to be there. There is so much available to the believer that far supersedes our logical minds sometimes.

I continue to meditate on the LORD and the inner man vs. the outer man on a regular basis and the latest thing that the Holy Spirit is teaching me on is the growth of the inner man.
